As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Billing Administrator who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a collaborative and supportive team.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our billing processes run smoothly and accurately. You’ll collaborate across departments and contribute directly to a high standard of service for our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing accurate daily billing of customer shipments
- Creating invoices for additional services and charges
- Ensuring all client-specific billing requirements are met
- Troubleshooting and resolving billing discrepancies
- Working cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Completing reporting related to billing activities
- Supporting continuous improvement of processes and systems
- Assisting with customer inquiries in a professional, timely manner
What You Bring
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or billing (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent time management and organizational ability
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- A team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
